Lemon-Tarragon Sauce

Serves: 6 people

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlWater
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon rind - grated
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh tarragon - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlBalsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlShallot - peeled and minced (small)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt - optional
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlGarlic clove - peeled and minced (small)
2 1/2 tablespoons 37mlOlive oil

Recipe Instructions

To make the sauce, place the water, lemon rind, tarragon, vinegar, shallots, salt, pepper, garlic and 2 1/2 tablespoon oil in a small bowl. Mix well. (You should have about 1/2 cup.)

Serve over fish
