Lemon-Lime Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Confectioner's sugar - sifted |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Lemon rind - finely grated |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Lime rind |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Lemon juice - freshly squeezed |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Lime juice - freshly squeezed |
Stir ingredients together, adjusting quantities to taste. Chill.
Makes about 2/3 cup.
* Timesaver Tip: Recipe can be prepared up to 3 days ahead and stored, covered, in refrigerator.
