Lemon Sauce For Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Pineapple - crushed, drained |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon - peeled and diced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green pepper - finely chop |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar - light brown |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Lemon rind - grated |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Mustard - dry |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Celery salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cloves - ground |
Combine all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
Makes 1 cup relish. Great with Buttermilk Fried Shark.
