Lemon Sauce For Fish

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlSour cream
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozPineapple - crushed, drained
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon - peeled and diced
2 tablespoons 30mlGreen pepper - finely chop
1 tablespoon 15mlOnion - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar - light brown
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlLemon rind - grated
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlMustard - dry
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCelery salt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCloves - ground

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

Makes 1 cup relish. Great with Buttermilk Fried Shark.
