Lemon Herb Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - softened |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh chives - chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground tarragon |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Heavy cream |
Cream all ingredients together in order given. Heap into a glass dish and chill.
