Lemon Butter Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Butter |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice - concentrate |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley - chopped |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Tabasco sauce |
Combine the butter, lemon juice, parsley, salt and Tabasco Sauce in a small saucepan and heat until hot.
DO NOT BOIL.
Suggested uses: Pour the heated sauce over cooked asparagus and serve.
