Joyce's Curry White Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - (optional) (small) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Curry seasoning |
Melt butter over medium heat and add onion. Cook until onion is soft.
Then add curry and flour and stir. Then add milk, salt and pepper.
Cook mixture stirring constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.
