Hyde Park Bar and Grill Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Jalapeno |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onions |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1/8 tablespoon | 1.9ml | Cayenne pepper |
Puree jalapenos and onions in blender or food processor.
Place mixture in mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat on low speed for 5 minutes.
Makes 4 cups.
