Hot Pepper-Lemon Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 125g / 4.4ozMinced red onion
1 1/2 cups 355mlFresh lemon juice
2/3 cup 61g / 2.2ozMinced jalapeno peppers - (5 large)
1/2 cup 8g / 0.3ozMinced fresh cilantro
2   Garlic - minced

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours. Yield: 3 cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons).
