Hot Pepper-Lemon Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Minced red onion |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Fresh lemon juice |
2/3 cup | 61g / 2.2oz | Minced jalapeno peppers - (5 large) |
1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Minced fresh cilantro |
2 | Garlic - minced |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours. Yield: 3 cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons).
