Hot And Sweet Mustard Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Egg - lightly beaten | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 | Dry mustard - (2 oz) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Apple cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine - melted |
Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook over low heat, whisking constantly, until thickened (about 10 minutes).
Cool and pour into container. Store in refrigerator.
