Horseradish Sauce - 4

Serves: 4 people

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 355mlMayonnaise
1/4 cup 59mlHorseradish - prepared
2 tablespoons 30mlLight corn syrup or honey
2 tablespoons 30mlDry sherry - or
2 tablespoons 30mlTarragon vinegar
2 teaspoons 10mlMustard - prepared
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlHot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl and chill.

Serve on Short Ribs, Sliced Meats, or Cold Cuts. Cold cuts and meats can be tongue, ham, bologna etc.

Makes 2 Cups of sauce
