Homemade Pesto Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped walnuts |
2 cups | 474ml | Snipped fresh basil |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese |
4 | -- garlic, peeled | |
1 | Pepper |
In a food processor or blender, place oil, nuts, basil, cheese and garlic.
Blend until smooth.
Add pepper to taste.
Makes about one cup sauce.
