Hogwash Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Natural rice vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Seasoned rice vinegar |
2 | Shallots - chopped fine | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Seeded jalapeno - chopped (small) |
1 | Cilantro - chopped |
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
Serve over Barbequed Oysters.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
