1/2 cup 118mlNatural rice vinegar
1/2 cup 118mlSeasoned rice vinegar
2   Shallots - chopped fine
3 tablespoons 45mlFresh lime juice
1 tablespoon 15mlSeeded jalapeno - chopped (small)
1   Cilantro - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.

Serve over Barbequed Oysters.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
