| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Zucchini (medium) |
| 10 | Oz ff plain yogurt | |
| 1 | Garlic - (or more) | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried basil |
| 1 | Salt and pepper |
Just blender the whole lot and serve. It's also great on baked potatoes.
