1 cup | 237ml | White vinegar |
1 cup | 237ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White wine - or vermouth |
Garlic - to taste | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley or cilantro - chop |
2 | Chickens - halved |
Combine ingredients, marinate chicken at least one hour.
