Ginger Soy Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Gingerroot - minced |
| 1 | Garlic clove - finely minced | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Chicken stock |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lite soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Rice vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oriental sesame oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
| Freshly ground black pepper to taste |
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Yield: 1/2 cup
