Genovese Pesto Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

2 cups | 80g / 2.8oz | Coarsely chopped basil leaves - packed |
Coarse salt | ||
1/4 tablespoon | 3.8ml | Pine nuts |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil - (up to 1/3) |
In a food processor, puree the garlic, basil, pinch salt, pine nuts and cheeses into a paste.
Gradually blend in olive oil; adjust seasoning.
