Genovese Pesto Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2   Garlic - crushed
2 cups 80g / 2.8ozCoarsely chopped basil leaves - packed
  Coarse salt
1/4 tablespoon 3.8mlPine nuts
3 tablespoons 45mlParmesan cheese
1/2 cup 118mlOlive oil - (up to 1/3)

Recipe Instructions

In a food processor, puree the garlic, basil, pinch salt, pine nuts and cheeses into a paste.

Gradually blend in olive oil; adjust seasoning.
