Garlic chevre sauce | ||
4 oz | 113g | Chevre - (goat cheese) |
3 | Garlic - minced | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Light cream or half-and-half |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
1 section | Rosemary |
In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together the chevre, garlic, cream, and Tabasco sauce until the mixture is well blended and heated thoroughly.
Serving suggestions:
Garnish with rosemary and serve with roasted lamb.
