3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Brown rice - cooked |
1 | Frozen green peas | |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cooked chicken breast halves - cubed |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1/3 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Slivered almonds - toasted |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper - ground |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried tarragon |
Vegetable cooking spray |
Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce, and seasonings in bowl. Transfer to a 3 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
