Falafel Sauce - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
16 oz | 454g | Yogurt |
1 oz | 28g | Onion diced finely (medium) |
1 oz | 28g | Cucumber finely grated (medium) |
Minced garlic to taste |
Put yogurt into several layers of cheesecloth in a colander and let drain overnight to thicken.
Mix yogurt, onion, cucumber and if desired, garlic.
Let sit several hours and serve with falafels or as a bread or cracker dip.
