Easy Pork And Pasta With Grape Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons 45mlFlour
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried thyme
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDried ground sage
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
12 oz 340gLean pork tenderloin - cut
1   Half-inch thick slices
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1 1/2 cups 355mlSliced mushrooms
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozSliced onions
1 cup 237mlSeedless grapes - halved
1/2 cup 118mlWater
1/4 cup 59mlDry white wine
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped parsley
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated lemon peel
  Angel hair pasta - cooked and drained
  And kept warm

Recipe Instructions

Mix flour and seasonings; coat pork with mixture. Brown pork in oil in nonstick skillet; remove from skillet. Saute mushrooms and onions in same skillet. Add water and wine; bring to a boil.

Return pork to the sauce; add grapes and heat thoroughly. Combine parsley and lemon peel; mix well. Sprinkle over pork slices. Serve with or over pasta. Makes 4 servings.
