Brown Devilled Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Chicken joints | |
2 oz | 56g | Margarine - melted |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Caster sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Plain flour |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sweet brown pickle |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Set oven to 190C,375F,Gas Mark 5.
Place the chicken joints in an oven proof dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spread over the chicken.
Bake for 1 hour, turning once, until cooked. Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot with vegetables.
