Creamy Dill And Garlic Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Garlic cloves - fine chop | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Buttermilk |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Light sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh dill - chopped |
Salt | ||
Ground pepper - fresh | ||
1 | Sugar |
Whisk together all ingredients in bowl. Taste for seasoning - adding more lemon juice and dill to taste.
Use as a salad dressing or as a vegetable dip Dressing is low calorie and will keep for a week refrigerated
