Creamy Chocolate Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
2 oz | 56g | Baking chocolate |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | All-purpose flour |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vanilla extract |
1 | Salt |
Heat milk and chocolate in saucepan until chocolate melts.
Beat with whisk until smooth. Mix sugar, flour, and salt and stir slowly into chocolate mixture.
Cook and stir 5 minutes. Add butter and vanilla.
