Cranberry-Raisin Sauce For Ham Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Light brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Corn starch - dash ground cloves |
Salt | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cranberry juice cocktail |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Seedless raisins |
Mix sugar, corn starch, cloves and salt.
Add remaining ingredients, cook and stir until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from burner; spoon some sauce over ham and bake 20 minutes or until glazed.
Pour remaining sauce over ham.
