Recipe Ingredients

1   Corn
4 oz 113gGreen chiles - canned, drain
1   Jalapeno chile - *
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozGreen bell pepper - chopped
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozGreen onions w/tops - sliced
2 tablespoons 30mlWhite wine vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlVegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

* Jalapeno chile should be seeded and finely chopped.

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

Makes about 2 1/3 cups Salsa.
