Cold Tomato Catsup Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 | Ripe tomatoes | |
1/2 | Vinegar | |
1 | Teacup salt | |
1 | Teacup mustard - ground fine | |
4 | Red pepper | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Black pepper |
1 | Celery seed | |
1 cup | 237ml | Horseradish |
All of the ingredients must be cut fine, and mixed cold. Put in bottles, cork, and seal tight.
It is better kept awhile
