Clam Sauce (White) Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Fresh chopped parsley |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White wine |
2 | Minced - chopped or baby clam | |
1 cup | 237ml | Clam juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
Melt butter in olive oil. Sauteegarlic 1 minute. Add clam juice and wine and cook on low heat 5 minutes.
Add clams and parsley salt and pepper to taste.
Be careful with the salt, clams have a lot of natural salt.
Pour over cooked thin spaghetti and serve immediately with a green salad and Crusty bread.
