Cilantro Sauce - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 48g / 1.7oz | Loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Water |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Fresh lime juice |
4 | Fresh Thai red or green chiles - seeded and chopped* | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 | Sugar |
Combine ingredients in blender; puree until smooth.
Makes 3/4 cup.
Serving suggestions: serve over grilled or broiled fish.
