1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mirin |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chinese five spice blend |
Use on seafood, tempeh, tofu or vegetables. Mix all ingredients well. Spread on meat or vegetables and grill.
