Chili Sauce (Sugar Free)

Recipe Ingredients

3   Tomatoes - peeled, chopped
18   Medium)
2 cups 292g / 10ozChopped green peppers - (about 2 medium)
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozChopped onions - (about 2 medium)
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlCinnamon
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlCloves
2 cups 474mlVinegar
3 tablespoons 45mlLiquid artificial sweetener

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot. Bring to a simmer. It may require 3 to 4 hours of cooking time.

When the mixture reaches the desired thickness, pour hot, into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Adjust caps. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath:
