2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Canned cherries |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet wine - such as port |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Brandy |
Heat cherries with wine in the top of a chafing dish; add brandy, ignite and stir until the flames die.
