Caper Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Horseradish |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Capers * |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White vinegar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dairy sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Style-style mustard |
* Chopped Dill Pickle can be substituted for Capers.
Combine mayonnaise, capers, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, vinegar and sugar.
Mix well. Serve with beef with caper sauce or with any roast beef.
