Butter Buds Mornay Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlWhite sauce - (butter buds)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozCheddar or American cheese
1 teaspoon 5mlDry mustard
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire sauce

Recipe Instructions

To basic white sauce (butter buds - recipe above) add cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard to taste.

Note: use on vegetables, toast or macaroni
