Butter Buds Mornay Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | White sauce - (butter buds) |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cheddar or American cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
To basic white sauce (butter buds - recipe above) add cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard to taste.
Note: use on vegetables, toast or macaroni
