Brandy Sauce - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine - softened |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sifted powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk - up to 3 |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Brandy extract |
Cream butter, and gradually add powdered sugar.
Add enough milk to reach desired consistency.
Stir in brandy extract.
