Blackberry Mustard Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh blackberries |
7 tablespoons | 105ml | Hot Dijon mustard |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add blackberries. Process about 1 minute or until smooth; strain and discard seeds.
Combine blackberry puree, Dijon mustard, and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
