All-Purpose Chili Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Red chili peppers - washed & dried | 
| 2 cups | 474ml | Rice vinegar | 
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar | 
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Salt | 
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Sake | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Garlic cloves - peeled | 
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until a thick paste is formed.
Use to add some pizzazz to stir-fries.
