When I lived in Alaska, I learned an old Sourdough recipe for ketchup that contained no tomatoes at all! It's made with a type of cranberry that grows wild all over Alaska.
Serves: 1 people| 1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Cranberries - crushed |
| 1 | Onion - chopped and minced | |
| Garlic | ||
| Black pepper | ||
| Salt to taste | ||
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vinegar or lemon juice |
