3 | Peppers - red, hot, seeded | |
3 | Peppers - bell, red, seeded | |
4 | Peppercorns - white | |
4 | Garlic cloves - peeled (large) | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lime juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil - olive |
Pound peppers, peppercorns, garlic and salt in a mortar, or chop in processor finely.
Transfer to a bowl and beat in lime juice and oil. Served with suckling pig.
