Steak With Thai Peanut Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup 78mlCreamy peanut butter
2   Garlic
1/4 cup 59mlWater
2 tablespoons 30mlSoy sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lime juice
1   Jalapeno - seeded and quartered
2 teaspoons 10mlGinger root - freshly grated
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSugar
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCayenne pepper
1/2 cup 118mlPlain yogurt
  Reserved pepper steak - sliced across grain 1/4" thick
1 cup 160g / 5.6ozUncooked jasmine rice - cooked
3   Green onions - thinly sliced

Recipe Instructions

In blender container, process peanut butter, garlic, water, soy sauce, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, ginger, sugar and cayenne until smooth. Stir in yogurt.

To Serve: Heat sauce in medium skillet over low heat, toss in sliced pepper steak until heated through.

Serve over Jasmine rice. Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
