| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water - (or enough to |

| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Fresh ginger - grated |
| 1 | Garlic - crushed | |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Chili powder flakes |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Creamy peanut butter |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Milk |
| Peanuts - optional |
Combine and blend until smooth.
In a small skillet, heat peanut butter. Add brown sugar, soy sauce and milk.
Mix to a thick paste over medium heat. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle peanuts over peanut butter mixture.
