Satay Manis Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Flank steak - cut into thin slices |
Marinade | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Palm sugar |
1 | Garlic - (crushed) | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin |
Mix everything together.
Marinade the meat for at least four hours thread on skewers and broil.
serve with peanut sauce.
