2 lbs 908g / 32ozPork tenderloin
  Marinade
2 tablespoons 30mlSoy sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlOil
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlFresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround ginger
  Peanut Sauce
1/2 cup 118mlCreamy peanut butter
1/4 cup 59mlWarm water
2 tablespoons 30mlSoy sauce
3 tablespoons 45mlLemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlGarlic - chopped
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGround red pepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGingerroot - ground

Recipe Instructions

Cut meat into 1-inch or larger cubes.

Combine marinade ingredients in glass bowl. Marinate meat for at least 6 hours in refrigerator.

Grill over medium coals about 1/2 hour and baste often with marinade.

Peanut Sauce: Whisk until creamy. Cover. Let stand at room temperature until serving time, for dipping often at the table.
