Pork Satay - 3

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozPork - cut in cubes
  Marinade
1 cup 237mlWater
3/4 cup 120g / 4.2ozDark brown sugar
1/3 cup 78mlDark molasses
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround ginger - up to 1/2
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround coriander
1   Garlic - crushed

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients for marinade. Heat if necessary to dissolve the sugar.

Marinate the pork, preferably overnight or as long as possible.

Thread 3 or 4 pieces of meat on each skewer.

Grill in broiler or over hot coals until insides are no longer pink. Delicious with peanut butter sauce.

Will serve 4 as a starter.

Boneless chicken can be substituted for pork as a variation.
