Pork Satay - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Creamy peanut butter |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Brown sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 | Red pepper | |
1 | Garlic | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Pork loin - cubed |
Blend peanut butter with brown sugar, lemon juice, red pepper and garlic.
Add pork cubes; toss them good and put in cold overnight. Put pork cubes on skewers.
Broil or grill for 15 to 25 minutes or well done.
