1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Pork loin - cubed |
Marinade | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Creamy peanut butter |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Brown sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed red pepper |

Peanut Sauce | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Creamy peanut butter |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed red pepper |
1 | Garlic - pressed | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
In a large bowl blend soy sauce with peanut butter. Stir in brown sugar, curry powder, lemon juice, red pepper and garlic. Add pork cubes. Toss to coat sides evenly. Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Pour through strainer into serving dish or pitcher.
Thread pork cubes on skewers. Broil 4 to 5 inches from flame for 15 minutes or until well done.
Serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
