Peanut Sauce For Spring Rolls and Satay Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Coconut milk | |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Peanut butter |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Miso |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Chili flakes - up to 1/2 |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Curry powder |
Blend all ingredients in blender.
Pour into saucepan and heat until it thickens.
If sauce becomes too thick, you can add water to thin to desired consistency.
This is a terrific sauce for spring rolls or a stir-fry.
