Turkey Roll-Ups Recipe - Cooking Index
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese - (1-1/2 ounces) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Thinly sliced green onions |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon mustard |
1 | Nonfat process cream cheese product - softened | |
6 | Flour tortillas | |
12 | Cooked deli turkey breast - (1-ounce) | |
12 | Fresh spinach leaves or (large) | |
Curly leaf lettuce leaves | ||
1 | Unpeeled cucumber | |
Sliced into 24 slices - 1/8-inch thick |
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Spread 3 tablespoons cheese mixture over each tortilla.
Top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 spinach leaves, and 4 cucumber slices; roll up.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 roll-up).
