Texas Tomato Melts Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Bays English muffins - split, lightly toasted | |
| 8 | Tomato | |
| 4 oz | 113g | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 4 | Bacon - cooked crisp and crumbled | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Hot jardiniere (mixture of marinated vegetables and peppers) |
Top each toasted muffin half with slice of tomato, grated Cheddar, crumbled bacon and jardiniere.
Broil just until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve warm.
