Spam Veggie Pita Pockets

Recipe Ingredients

1   Spam luncheon meat - cubed

1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped broccoli
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped cauliflower
1   Tomato - chopped
1   Carrot - peeled and chopped
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozChopped cucumber
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozFinely chopped onion
1/2 cup 118mlItalian salad dressing
4   Pita pocket breads - halved

Recipe Instructions

In bowl, combine SPAM, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, carrot, cucumber, and onion.

Toss with dressing. Cover and chill several hours. Spoon salad mixture into pocket bread.
