Saucy Salad Sandwich Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chicken - turkey, chopped |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pickle relish |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated cheese |
4 | Hamburger buns |
Combine meat, celery, pickle relish and mayonnaise.
Spread on buns, making 8 sandwiches. Top each with cheese.
Place on a cookie sheet and broil for a few minutes until cheese melts.
